Highly recommend Stove Depot and Chimney Works and their wonderful tech Nat. Had a previous company originally inspect my gas fireplace. Their tech (4 months experience) finally got it working and sent me a pricey bill, and a report with safety issues but no detailed estimate on repairs, just a very high "ballpark" figure a month later. I asked questions but never heard back from them. Stove Depot and Chimney Works reponded quickly getting me a detailed and fair estimate and sent their very knowledgeable tech Nat to complete the work. Within 5 minutes Nat discovered something done incorrectly by the prior company's tech. He corrected it and explained how the system worked. He then completed the safety repairs outlined in the report and found additional ones and fixed them within the original estimate. Once done Nat provided photos and an explanation of his work.
