10-Year Warranty on Parts & Labor
Stove Depot offers a premium extended protection package for every new stove or fireplace we install with our 10-year warranty.
Regular annual maintenance is required during the months of April-July. This maintenance will be at a discounted rate. If any repairs are diagnosed, there will be no additional cost for parts and labor to repair.
Yearly service inspections must be completed by a Stove Depot technician between the months of April-July.
This warranty covers:
- Replacement parts
- Technician labor/service
Exclusion that void the warranty:
- Yearly maintenance done by a company other than Stove Depot
- Using the wrong fuel or burning prohibited materials
- Unauthorized modifications
- Incorrect use or operation
- Skipping annual maintenance
- Damage from Neglect or Abuse
- Environmental or External Damage (such as power surges, lightning strikes, flooding, or chimney leaks)
- Glass breakage from impact or misuse
**Warranty is non-transferable and only valid to original purchaser of stove or fireplace installation.
