Maintenance Plan Benefits
Customers who schedule an annual sweep and inspection between April 1 and July 31 and enroll in our Maintenance Plan will receive the following benefits:
- 10% Discount on Annual Service: Eligible customers will receive a 10% discount on the cost of their annual sweep and inspection service.
- One-Year Labor Warranty: All labor performed under the Maintenance Plan is backed by a one-year warranty from the date of service.
- Priority Scheduling During Burn Season: Plan members receive priority scheduling during the fall and winter heating season to help minimize downtime and ensure timely service.

First-Time Customer Requirement
For customers scheduling maintenance with Stove Depot and Chimney Works for the first time, a Level 2 Inspection is required prior to enrollment in the Maintenance Plan.
A Level 2 Inspection includes all standard maintenance and inspection services, plus:
- Video camera inspection of the chimney and venting system
- Evaluation of the internal condition of the flue and venting components
- Identification of hidden damage, blockages, or deterioration
- Verification that the venting system meets current safety standards
Customer Responsibilities
- Schedule annual service during the promotional enrollment period of April 1 through July 31
- Operate appliances according to manufacturer guidelines
- Notify Stove Depot and Chimney Works promptly if operational issues arise
- Allow only Stove Depot and Chimney Works technicians to perform service or repairs on covered equipment
Warranty Terms
The one-year labor warranty applies only to labor performed by Stove Depot and Chimney Works technicians. Warranty coverage does not include:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper operation
- Damage caused by acts of nature or external events
- Pre-existing conditions identified during inspection
- Parts not supplied by Stove Depot and Chimney Works
Parts discounts apply only to parts purchased and installed through Stove Depot and Chimney Works.
Scheduling Information
To enroll in the Maintenance Plan and receive promotional benefits, annual sweep and inspection services must be scheduled between April 1 and July 31.
